Cardio Karaticise™ is based upon Shou’ Shu, a soft style form of Kung Fu. Because it is based upon a soft style it’s motions are soft and flowing rather than jerky and erratic. Having soft and flowing motions while using predominantly larger muscle groups, allows for a fantastic workout without the harmful effects of typical aerobics. Aside from Cardio Karaticise™, martial arts aerobics in general fall into the high impact category, if you are not in excellent shape already you may risk injury with many of the products on the market.

Having researched some of the aspects of martial arts and of boxing over a period of time, we found that there was more we could do for our members. There were certain techniques we could incorporate into our existing kickbox-style group fitness classes. We also found that in the rush to provide a kickbox-type course to instructors, many training organizations did not research the techniques and did not emphasize the safety aspects of this type of exercise thoroughly.

Nitro kick® the powerful Cutting Edge workout is the result of 30-year Kung Fu veteran Don Niam’s mastery of the Martial Arts, experience as an athlete, and dedication to achieving results. Kung Fu Masters of 4,000 years ago realized that overall strength comes from our core, the waist and hips. Don Niam’s Nitro Kick® utilizes a variety of Chi Gong exercises which strengthen and tighten all abdominal muscles, focusing on the mid-section for improved posture, and circulation to better protect internal organs and a slim waistline. These are the areas that generate power for the rest of the body.
Don Niam created Nitro Kick® to give all persons a complete overall exercise program that teaches martial arts in a fun and simple fashion made less complicated and more exercise oriented.
