This combination class allows for an even amount of cardiovascular work and strength work. Split with the first half hour cardio and the second half hour strength, vice versa, or segment by segment, an equal balance of cardio routines and strength training exercises.

A great combination class with just enough step, and just enough mixed impact aerobics. 40 minutes of cardio work will be broken up into segments of on the step and off the step routines. The end segment will be strength training work with flexibility training to complete the workout. This class is a perfect workout for those who are newer to step or who enjoy a great variety to their workouts.

This exciting 50-minute workout combines a moderate to high intensity cardio workout with functional strength. This class incorporates various intervals of intense cardio and muscle conditioning, a challenge for the entire body. An all-encompassing workout which includes segments of aerobic conditioning and optional high intensity, anaerobic challenges. Interval workout exchanged between cardiovascular and strength conditioning workout. Interval training, or mixing periods of work and periods of rest, literally shocks the body back into improvement mode. Interval training is a great way to shock the body into responding to a new stimulant. People who are frustrated because they haven't seen results in a while have grown too accustomed to their workout. The reason why interval training is so effective is because it uses both aerobic and anaerobic phases of exercise. Higher intervals push the body into the anaerobic stage, or to the point of exhaustion, multiple times in one workout.

Strength exercises mixed with jumproping. Jump rope and tone your body in an interval style workout. Short intervals of rope jumping gets the heart rate pumping while the toning segments balance your entire muscular system. It focuses on cardiovascular fitness as well as strength conditioning. Typically, the class involves a warm-up and then 15 minutes of cardio. This will be followed by alternating intervals of jumping rope and strength conditioning. The class ends with a cooldown and 10 minutes or so of abdominal work.

This class offers a combination of step aerobics followed by an all over body tone section to reach those problem areas. Beginner friendly 40 minutes of stepping followed by 20 minutes of toning and a cool down stretch. A high intensity step class using creative challenging step patterns followed by a total body conditioning workout using resistance tubes and resist-a-balls. Step aerobics plus muscular toning with a variety of fitness equipment.

TTB (Tummy, Thighs and Bottom) - Blast the bottom, lengthen the muscles, activate the abs, strengthen and tone. This class will see you work your butt off!! A great low impact workout to music designed specifically to target those problem areas. This class combines lots of isolating and toning exercises for the lower body both standing and on the floor to leave you trim, taut and terrific. A muscle conditioning workout which concentrates on the stomach, thighs and buttocks. A low impact class concentrating on thighs, tummy and buttocks.
