IM=X stands for Integrated Movement Xercize. It's an elite pilates training that marries the muscle toning and lengthening benefits of pilates with elements of strength and cardio training to increase flexibility, endurance and muscle tone, while strengthening the spine and abdominal core.

IM=X, founded in 1996, has developed eight instructor certifications and over 50 choreographed workouts. Colleen Craig is a Certified Stott Pilates Trainer and a writer who developed a unique body conditioning technique by adapting the Pilates Method to the exercise ball. Craig uses large and small balls to add resistance, challenge and variety to the matwork. Some of her exercises have been adapted from the Pilates apparatus as well as the fitness circle and barrels. She has documented this innovative work in the best-selling video Colleen Craig's Pilates On the Ball.
