Having researched some of the aspects of martial arts and of boxing over a period of time, we found that there was more we could do for our members. There were certain techniques we could incorporate into our existing kickbox-style group fitness classes. We also found that in the rush to provide a kickbox-type course to instructors, many training organizations did not research the techniques and did not emphasize the safety aspects of this type of exercise thoroughly.
